About Smart Trainers
Smart Trainers is a registered training and skill development startup providing professional software training, engineering-focused courses, workshops, internships, and practical learning programs for students and professionals, including international participants.
Eligibility
- Our services are available to individuals 16 years of age and above.
- Users under 18 years must use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Smart Trainers Provide
- Online and onsite training programs
- Workshops, bootcamps, and seminars
- Internship and project-based learning programs
- Certification and skill development services
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, content, or schedule at any time without prior notice.
Registration & Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.
- Smart Trainers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Fees, Payments & Billing
- All applicable fees must be paid in full unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Payments are accepted through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Meezan Bank, and other approved payment methods.
- Fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable unless stated in writing.
- Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. In such cases, Smart Trainers reserves the right to suspend access and recover associated costs.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund eligibility (if any) will be communicated separately for specific programs.
- No refunds shall be issued once a course, workshop, or internship has commenced, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Smart Trainers reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any program. In such cases, suitable adjustments, credits, or alternatives may be offered at our discretion.
Certificates & Internship Letters
- Certificates and internship letters are issued only upon successful completion of all program requirements.
- Participants are required to complete all mandatory recorded sessions, live classes (if applicable), assignments, projects, and assessments associated with their course, internship, or bootcamp.
- To be eligible for a certificate or internship letter, a participant must secure at least 60% overall performance, as evaluated through attendance, assignments, projects, quizzes, assessments, or any other evaluation method defined by Smart Trainers.
- Failure to meet completion criteria, minimum performance requirements, or attendance standards may result in non-issuance of certificates or internship letters, without any refund.
- Any misconduct, plagiarism, misrepresentation, or violation of Smart Trainers policies may result in withholding certificates or internship letters at the sole discretion of Smart Trainers.
Code of Conduct
Users agree to:
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior with instructors, staff, and peers
- Avoid harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
- Not disrupt sessions or misuse learning platforms or materials
Violation of this code may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.
Intellectual Property
- All course content, materials, videos, recordings, designs, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of Smart Trainers.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, modify, resell, or share content without prior written permission.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Recording of Sessions
- Online and onsite sessions may be recorded for training, quality assurance, or internal purposes.
- By participating, users provide consent for such recordings.
- Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution by users is strictly prohibited.
Marketing & Communications
By registering, you consent to receive official communications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, including:
- Course updates and announcements
- Program-related notifications
- Promotional and marketing messages
